At Maiden Erlegh School in Reading we use ClassCharts which is a school behaviour management system. It is available as a web version and an app.  Having an account for your child(ren) will enable you to keep track of their achievement points, access behaviour points, check attendance and track scheduled detentions, among other things.  

Creating an Account

When your child starts at Maiden Erlegh School in Reading, you will be issued with a Parent Access Code. Please follow these instructions to log in;

1. Open www.classcharts.com/parent/login

2. Enter your email address

3. Choose 'I don't have an account yet'

4. Enter your parent access code and name

5. Choose a password

6. Click Log-in!

Reporting Absence

You can report your child’s absence from school using the ClassCharts app;

• Open Classharts app.
• Click on the child you are reporting absent (if multiple children at school)
• Click on Report Absence found in green tab at the top of the page.
• Enter date of absence.
• Provide reason for absence.
• Submit.
